VTC rules

Official rules and expectations for every Aqua Nova Transport driver.

  1. Company tag & colours on TruckersMP

    When playing on TMP, you must use the "Aqua Nova Transport" Player tag and use the company truck/trailer colours.

    If you're using a truck that does not have the correct paint job, please switch to one that does. More information on this can be found in Getting Started .

  2. Job statistics

    The tampering of job statistics is prohibited. Altering of job distance or income, via the use of mods, programs, or anything of the sort, is not permissible. You must temporarily disable Trucky Job Tracking should you wish to do so.

    It should be noted that only TruckersMP Dispatcher are exemptions to this rule. However TruckersMP Dispatcher are only permitted, providing the urgency figure is always set to 0. Jobs over a certain threshold will automatically be cancelled pending investigation from the Human Resources Team.

  3. Bans & leaving the VTC

    A member of the Driver Relations (DR) Team must be informed if you have been banned from TruckersMP, or if you wish to leave the VTC.

    You must notify DR via the support channel , if you receive a ban from the TruckersMP platform, within five days (120 hours) from the time the ban was issued. Failure to notify DR about your ban may result in stricter sanctions being applied, which could result in dismissal. Additionally, leaving the Discord server and/or TruckersMP VTC unannounced, and failing to rejoin within 24 hours of HR contacting you, will result in a permanent blacklist from Aqua Nova Transport.

  4. Multi-clanning

    The act of “multi-clanning” is fully condemned. You must not be a driver for any other Virtual Trucking Company, or any other group which specialises in Euro Truck Simulator 2 whilst being a driver for Aqua Nova Transport. Exceptions can be made for drivers who wish to help out in the role of Convoy Control, Media, or similar, for another organisation — as long as said drivers are not logging jobs for the company. Permission must be granted by the Driver Relations Team in order to take on extra responsibilities in another organisation, similar to those mentioned above.
